IATA Training is looking for aviation specialists, fluent in Spanish, with an interest in becoming IATA certified instructors and train professionals coming from the Latin-American aviation industry. Qualified individuals, with extensive knowledge and experience in their respective aviation subject area and strong communication skills, whom are searching for a new professional challenge are invited to apply.
Working as an IATA instructor consists in conducting specific short-term technical trainings confidently in several Latin-American locations (Mexico City, Lima, and Buenos Aires). Supported by their respective training coordinators, IATA instructors help students develop their individual careers and prepare them to address future workplace challenges.
Ideal candidates should have no less than 10 years of experience in the aviation industry working in his/her subject area, a proven track record of hands-on knowledge, the ability to transfer skills in the classroom, bilingual proficiency (Spanish and English) and preferably be based in the Latin-American region.
