Aeromexico"™s senior vice president, global sales, Giancarlo Mullineli, said: "Latin America is one of our most important regions, with presence in the 15 most relevant cities, and this collaboration allows us to get closer to our clients in the market, as well as participate in a world class event."

Mexico"™s global airline serves more than 90 destinations in Mexico, the United States, Canada, Central & South America and Europe, as well as being the only airline in Latin America to offer customers regular and direct flights to Asia.

Aeromexico"™s global vision focuses on service and efficiency.

It has been recognised for its distinguished style of attentive, personalised on-board service (think complimentary amenities, meals and drinks including cocktails) in Coach and Clase Premier – the airline"™s business/first class service – and excellent entertainment options including movie
and music channels or video games on selected routes.

World Travel Awards president, Graham Cooke, said: "It is a privilege to welcome Aeromexico into the WTA family. In the wake of the news that Mexico has seen passenger traffic grow by 13 per cent in the first half of 2017, there couldn"™t be a better time for Aeromexico to become part of our journey.

"We"™re very grateful to Aeromexico for their support."

The eagerly anticipated Latin America Ceremony 2017 will take place at the glittering, all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya on September 9th.

Cooke added: "The Latin America Ceremony is always a highlight of the Grand Tour for World Travel Awards, and the team and I are excited to be bringing the event to the Mexican Riviera for the first time…
