JetBlue’s Founder Could Debut the First New U.S. Airline in 13 Years

JetBlue founder David Neeleman is reportedly working on a new American airline.

On July 13, Neeleman registered the Azura Airways Corp. as a new business in Darien, Connecticut, according to Travel Weekly.

Neither an operational plan or launch date have been announced, although the airline described itself as "inspired by airline veterans who believe innovation is just the beginning."

Last week, the CAPA Centre for Aviation announced that Azura was hiring for airline employees. But since then, the registered website "” www.flyazura.com "” has been taken down…
