USA Welcomes Back LATAM Airlines"™ Airbus A350XWB Service

LATAM Airlines announced today that two of its non-stop flights to Sao Paulo, Brazil will be operated in the Airbus A350XWB. The departures will begin from New York"™s John F. Kennedy Airport (JFK) on September 30, 2017, and from Orlando"™s International Airport (MCO), on November 15, 2017.

These routes, which serve 4,000 and 5,000 miles respectively, were selected for the aircraft replacement to "maintain the fulfillment of LATAM Airline"™ vision for sustainability".

The A350"™s design has successfully reduced the weight of the aircraft itself, allowing up to a 25% reduction in fuel requirements, maximizing operational efficiency and minimizing any impacts on the environment.

The new LATAM interior design standards were visually inspired by the colors and textures of South America along with other natural tones…
