Del 1-3 de junio de 2019/ The IATA Annual General Meeting (AGM) and World Air Transport Summit (WATS) is the world’s largest gathering of airline leaders. The 75th AGM will take place in Seoul, with Korean Air as the host airline.
Some 800 representatives from IATA’s member airlines, governments, leading aerospace manufacturers and suppliers, airports, ANSPs, stakeholder organizations and media are expected to attend.
Changes in this year’s Schedule
This year, the AGM and WATS is a Saturday evening to Monday event, which is a departure from the traditional Sunday evening to Tuesday schedule. The World Air Transport Summit will commence on the afternoon of Sunday 2 June and continue until Monday 3 June noon, with a dynamic mix of interviews, videos, keynote presentations and discussion panels.
Looking at the Future
Under the theme of The Vision of the Future, the agenda will be focusing broadly on how the aviation industry can best prepare for the opportunities and challenges expected within the next 20 years.
