This Airline Just Announced a Major Caribbean Expansion—With 14 New Routes

Bermudian carrier BermudAir will expand its network this winter, adding flights to the Caribbean and Central American cities from several major hubs across the United States.

Starting in October, the airline will fly six new routes to Turks and Caicos along with five new routes to Belize, BermudAir shared with Travel + Leisure. Several of these routes will represent the only nonstop service between that city and the destination.

The new routes to Turks and Caicos will operate from Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), Boston Logan International Airport (BOS), Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI), Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU), Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) and St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport (PIE). The routes to Belize will come from Boston, Raleigh, Fort Lauderdale, St Petersburg, and Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB).

“We’re thrilled to continue expanding our Caribbean network as the premium leisure carrier from North America,” Adam Scott, the founder and CEO of BermudAir, said in a statement shared with T+L. “Our customers are ranking us with industry-leading satisfaction scores. Together with Bermuda, we now connect U.S. travelers to some of the region’s most exceptional and sought-after island destinations.”

In addition to these new routes, BermudAir will introduce a new direct service from Boston to Guatemala City. These flights will operate twice each week between Dec. 19 and May 1, 2027.

The airline will also offer returning seasonal direct service to Anguilla from both Newark and

Baltimore starting in December. This will bring its service to Anguilla to three weekly flights from Newark, and two weekly flights from both Boston and Baltimore…
