Avianca LifeMiles Triumphs at 2024 Frequent Traveler Awards, Wins ​Best Customer Service ​

Avianca LifeMiles, the renowned loyalty program of Avianca Airlines, is thrilled to announce its win for Best Customer Service at the prestigious Frequent Traveler Awards 2024. Voted on by over 3.4 million frequent travelers, this award recognizes excellence in loyalty programs in three regions of the world. The award ceremony took place on September 18 at the Hotel Chicago Downtown, Autograph Collection, where LifeMiles was recognized for its continued excellence in delivering unparalleled value to over 13 million members worldwide.

T​he Best Customer Service ​award underscores LifeMiles’ leadership in the loyalty industry and its commitment to enhancing the travel experience for its members. Over the past decade, LifeMiles has inspired more than 13 million members globally, offering them the opportunity to fly more and better through its flexible and accessible loyalty program.

LifeMiles has inspired over 13 million members worldwide to embrace a winning lifestyle, where every purchase and trip earns valuable miles redeemable for more trips and rewards. In the past six months, the program has launched co-branded credit cards with three new financial partners, surpassing the 800,000 active credit cards mark. LifeMiles now has a presence in 11 countries, partnering with over 27 banks.

As Latin America’s most recognized and awarded loyalty rogram, LifeMiles allows members to maximize their travel experience by earning valuable miles through daily purchases, travelling with Avianca and the 25 member airlines of Star Alliance partners, and more. On September 12, it was recognized as the best loyalty program in Latin America according to the point.me ranking, which evaluates all loyalty programs based on criteria such as mile redemption value, ease of earning and redeeming miles, among other key criteria.
