Hi Fly Surpasses Gender Equality Target Set by IATA’s 25by2025 Initiative

Hi Fly, a leading widebody aircraft wet lease specialist, announces that it has exceeded the targets set by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) under its 25by2025 initiative, achieving 31% female representation in senior leadership roles and 43% female representation across its total workforce.

The milestone reinforces Hi Fly’s longstanding commitment to gender equality and inclusive growth within the global aviation sector. Since signing the 25by2025 pledge at the IATA Wings of Change Europe event in Berlin in 2019, Hi Fly has made consistent progress toward building a more diverse and inclusive organization.

25by2025 is a voluntary initiative led by IATA aimed at improving gender balance across the aviation industry. By joining, airlines pledge to increase the number of women in senior roles and in IATA governance, while also committing to annual public reporting on diversity metrics.

Hi Fly’s results are particularly noteworthy: female representation across its workforce has reached 43%, and the proportion of women in leadership positions has risen from 23% in 2019 to 31% in 2025.
