LATAM Airlines Group announces that, starting on November 7, 2024, Ramiro Alfonsín will assume the role of Chief Commercial Officer, leading the Commercial Vice Presidency of LATAM Airlines Group S.A., and on the same date will leave the Finance Vice Presidency, where he has served for eight years.
Alfonsín played a fundamental role in LATAM’s transformation, leading strategic projects such as the Chapter 11 reorganization process in the United States that began during the pandemic, and the milestone of LATAM Airlines Group’s return to the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
During this period, LATAM will focus on finding the most suitable person to succeed Ramiro Alfonsín as CFO of LATAM Airlines Group S.A., and information will be provided in due course regarding the transition process and his replacement.
