Renowned Companies Interested in Airport Hub in Bolivia

The seven companies interested in building the hub of the Viru Viru International Airport in Santa Cruz city, Bolivia, are Friday among the 14 best in the world in this sector.

The Minister of Development Planning, Mariana Prado, reported that the project to expand the air terminal, in addition to building a larger runway for receiving cargo, includes the implementation of a commercial strategy so that more international airlines arrive in the country and receive adequate logistical service.

Prado announced the interest of the companies Groupe ADP International and Vinci Airports (France); Zurich Airport-Aport (Switzerland); Azimut-Rostec (Russia); Mitsubishi Corporation (Japan); Corporacion America Airports-Air (based in Bolivia), and Finnova (Belgium), which attended the call of the State to invest in the Viru Viru hub, within the framework of a public-private partnership…
