TAP Air Portugal and SAS (Scandinavian Airlines) have signed an important codeshare agreement that strengthens and deepens access to air connectivity between various cities in both Portugal and Scandinavia.
This codeshare agreement greatly enhances connections to and from Scandinavia, providing passengers with a seamless, single-ticket journey, allowing a seamless customer journey on a single ticket and will provide more competitive fare offerings to the consumer, making the travel experience more comfortable and enjoyable.
Through this agreement, TAP will have its flight code (TP) placed on SAS’s intra-Scandinavian routes, namely Copenhagen/Oslo, Copenhagen/Stockholm and Oslo/Stockholm and also beyond SAS’s hubs, to/from various other Scandinavian cities, always in connection with TAP flights.
In addition, SAS will place its flight code (SK) on TAP’s main routes to Scandinavia, namely Lisbon/Copenhagen, Lisbon/Stockholm and Lisbon/Oslo, as well as on TAP’s domestic routes, including Porto and Funchal.
Both SAS and TAP are members of the Star Alliance.
