Success of Nur Gokman "“ CEO of Hitit Computer Services was recognized by Microsoft and Kagider"™s Jury"™s Special Award "˜"™Technology Woman Leaders "™"™

In the "Women Leaders of Technology Award" organized by Microsoft and the woman entrepreneurs association Kagider the jury awarded the CEO of Hitit Computer Services Nur Gokman with a special prize. For over a span of 30 years, from eighties when it was hard to meet a woman in technology business, to nowadays, Nur Gokman has been succeeding in IT sector by working extremely hard and handling different challenges.

In 1987, as the head of the Software Development Division of Turkish Airline"™ IT department, Nur Gokman transformed THY into a software exporting company. Afterwards she had established Hitit Computer Services with her partner Dilek Ovacik and aimed to make Turkey one of the most respected countries in aviation IT sector by struggling difficulties and problems of dependency on foreign resources.

Nur Gokman is known for her dedication to what she does, ongoing energy, close and caring relationship with employees and customers. After her win she commented:
