At the APEX (Airline Passenger Experience Association) EXPO trade show held from September 9 to 12, 2019 in Los Angeles, Air France has received the “FOUR STAR Global Airline 2020” award. This distinction rewards the travel experience that companies offer their customers. This trade show bringing together global air transport players is the largest event dedicated to the passenger experience.
More than 13 million travellers rated airlines on a scale of four to five stars, between July 2018 and June 2019. The scores determined the Passenger Choice Awards winners in different categories – global airlines, main regional airlines and low-cost carriers.
