Cargolux has updated the livery of one of its Boeing 747-8 freighters to include a surgical mask on the nose door.
The paint scheme is intended to highlight the “airline’s commitment to the fight against Covid-19”, Cargolux stated.
It also features the words “not without my mask” on the side of the fuselage.
The Luxembourg-based carrier unveiled the new livery on the B747-8F (registration LX-VCF) on August 23.
This latest livery change is the dedicated freight operator’s second in recent weeks.
In mid-July, Cargolux unveiled a retro livery on a 747-400ERF to celebrate the airline’s 50th anniversary.
LX-NCL was painted with a design “inspired by Cargolux’s first airplanes in the 1970s”…
