Air Transat and Azul Airlines join forces to facilitate travel to Brazil

Air Transat, recently voted World’s Best Leisure Airline for the fifth time at the Skytrax World Airline Awards, continues to develop its virtual interlining service with the addition of Brazilian carrier Azul Airlines to its connectair by Air Transat platform. Quebec-based travellers can now combine select Air Transat and Azul Airlines flights to destinations such as Sao Paulo (VCP) and Manaus (MAO) in Brazil, via a layover in Fort Lauderdale or Orlando in Florida.

Travel enthusiasts can visit this mythical South American country to enjoy its paradisiacal beaches, admire the majestic Iguazú Falls, explore the fascinating Amazon Rainforest, or discover the vibrant streets of Rio de Janeiro.

This addition brings the total number of partners accessible through the connectair by Air Transat platform to 12 and the number of additional destinations available in Europe, North Africa, the Middle East, Central and South America, and Canada to more than 280.

Connections are available through the search engine tool on airtransat.com and through some flight aggregators. Booking also includes assistance in the event of flight delays or cancellations to ensure that travellers arrive at their destination as quickly as possible…
