Avianca announced that, as of May 15 of this year, all passengers 14 years of age or younger must travel with their parents or a duly authorized responsible adult over the age of 18. Only those who comply with this requirement will be allowed to board.

If tickets were purchased before May 15, 2024, passengers will board after approaching the airport counter to complete the check-in process.
