Frontier Expands Las Vegas Service

Denver-based Frontier Airlines will be expanding and launching new services out of McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas this coming Fall 2019. The ultra-low-cost carrier which turned 25 on Friday announced seven new year-round destinations from its west coast focus city which will begin rolling out in early September.

Furthermore, the ultra-low-cost carrier will be adding two additional new seasonal routes from its focus city in Cleveland flying non-stop to Fort Lauderdale and Miami.

Frontier will be starting daily non-stop service from Las Vegas to Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) beginning September 6. On September 10, the airline will begin flying to Los Angeles (LAX) and Miami (MIA). On November 14, the airline will launch 4x weekly service to Portland, OR (PDX), Reno (RNO) and Seattle-Tacoma (SEA), and daily service to Orange County, CA (SNA).

Service between Las Vegas and Portland, Reno, and Seattle will be year-round but will have limited departure frequencies. They only operate on Mondays, Thursday, Fridays and Sundays…
