International Consolidated Airlines Group, the parent company of British Airways, plans to make a new offer for Norwegian Air Shuttle, valuing the airline at EUR1.52 billion, Expansion reports, citing unnamed sources.
IAG plans to offer 330 kroner ($40.59) for each Norwegian share, which represents a 32% premium to Friday’s closing price, Expansion says.
