LATAM announces its support for COP 30 and releases its agenda and initiatives for the Belém climate conference

LATAM Brazil has just announced its support for the 30th UN Climate Change Conference, COP 30, and its participation agenda at the conference, which will be held in Belém (PA) between November 10 and 21, 2025. The company is also a sponsor of the Sustainable Business COP, the SB COP, a global initiative led by the National Confederation of Industry (CNI).

LATAM’s presence reinforces its commitment to Brazil, its sustainability and regional development strategy, focusing on decarbonization, environmental management, and the generation of shared value. The company brings to COP 30 its vision of a more efficient, connected aviation sector committed to the future of the Amazon and the planet, in line with the global goal of the aviation sector to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.

AGENDA AND THEMATIC AREAS
During COP 30, LATAM will participate in panels and institutional meetings alongside authorities, experts, and organizations to discuss the role of air transport in the transition to a low-carbon economy. Discussion topics will include innovation, operational efficiency, Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF), the carbon market, and the decarbonization of the aviation sector, reflecting the company’s commitment to the sustainable evolution of Latin American aviation…
