Ryanair to offer flights to Brazil with Air Europa deal

Ryanair will soon offer flights to Brazil and other Latin American countries. The Irish low-cost carrier struck a deal with Spain"™s Air Europa, as part of its strategy to widen its network of long-haul partners.

During the first stage of the partnership, Ryanair will allow customers to book Air Europa tickets from Madrid to 20 cities in the Americas, including São Paulo and Salvador. In fact, passengers will be able to fly to Argentina, Cuba, Mexico, Venezuela, Bolivia, and the United States, as well.

Ryanair currently operates 50 short-haul destinations in Europe from the Spanish capital. However, an increasing share of the company"™s passenger growth comes from feeder deals. The Irish airline expects to fly over 200 million passengers by 2024.

The Air Europa deal follows similar partnerships with European carriers, such as IAG, Aer Lingus, and Norwegian Air Shuttle…
