The travel review website has today revealed the world"™s best holiday hotspots at their 2018 Traveller"™ Choice Awards.
Paris has been named the top location, based of the quality and quantity of traveller reviews and ratings gathered over a 12-month period.
With fantastic food, cafe culture and famous attractions like the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower, the city of love rarely disappoints according to reviews on TripAdvisor.
Interestingly the second best-rated location was London. That"™s right, our capital city made it to the second spot at the tenth annual travel awards.
Rome scooped third place, while Bali came in fourth and Crete in fifth.
New York, a long-time favourite with travellers worldwide, slipped down to tenth place this year from fifth last year.
While Barcelona, Prague, Marrakech and Istanbul "“ came in at sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth respectively.
London was also rated the best place to visit in Britain and the second best destination in Europe.
